Louisiana Land, Oil, and Gas Company (LLOG) committed to creating a signature headquarters for their growing enterprise in Louisiana on a 20-acre wooded site.  The desire to preserve the park-like character while building a 100,000 square foot office building and conference center plus a 50,000 square foot health club and tennis facility, led to intensive site studies, including a detailed analysis of site flora and fauna.

Parking areas were sited to connect to the landscape, and the buildings organized to take advantage of undisturbed views.  From the wild woods to the manicured woods, opportunities for visual and physical connections were provided.  A new retention pond was designed to become the signature feature of the property, with the succession plan designed into the landscape efforts.
